Orange-cinnamon cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 orange(s), untreated
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 50 g natural yogurt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

The cream is a simple, delicious dessert.

Squeeze 2 oranges, then season the juice with cinnamon. Reserve the zest. Whip the cream and egg whites separately until stiff peaks form. Add the egg whites to the orange juice and slowly fold in. Then add the cream and sugar, including the vanilla sugar, and fold in. Add the flesh of the remaining orange and the grated zest. Divide the cream among dessert bowls and refrigerate for an hour. Later, garnish with a dollop of natural yogurt, grated orange zest, and a touch of cinnamon. This cream is easy to make with just a few ingredients, healthy, and super delicious!
