Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 apples
- 4 oranges
- 4 kiwis
- 2 bananas
- ½ pineapple
- 1 cup raisins, previously soaked in rum and drained
- 1 handful of grapes, halved, pitted
- n. B. sugar
- e.g. lemon juice
- e.g. cinnamon
- 1 handful of walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Chop all the fruit into small pieces and mix. Add the walnuts and raisins, then add the sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. The cinnamon gives it a lovely Christmassy flavor.
