Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pork neck
  • 750 g carrot(s)
  • 250 g apples
  • 650 g potatoes
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ½ tbsp vinegar
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes, apples, and carrots. Peel and finely chop the onion. Dice the meat and place it in a pot, then layer the carrots, potatoes, and apples on top. Add the onion and spices and pour in the water. Cook the ingredients without stirring. Finally, season the dish with vinegar and serve garnished with parsley.
