Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g bell pepper(s), colored
- 1 can of corn
- 150 g spring onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 4 sage leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 pack of pizza dough on baking paper, chilled and rolled out
- 125g Camembert(s)
- 50 g raclette cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cut the bell peppers into pieces. Drain the corn thoroughly. Slice the spring onions into rings. Finely dice the tomatoes. Remove the rosemary stems and roughly chop the parsley and sage. Heat the oil, sauté the bell peppers, and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the tomato paste and herbs. Remove the dough from the package and, using the paper, unroll it onto a baking sheet. Roll out slightly longer if desired. Spread the prepared ingredients evenly on top. Slice both cheeses and arrange them on the pizza. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes until crispy.
