Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g brown rice
- 1 large can of mushrooms
- Butter, melted
- 5 eggs
- 5 tbsp milk
- Salt

My grandma’s recipe
Cook brown rice in 600 ml salted water for about 45 minutes. Finely chop the mushrooms, heat a little butter in a pan, add the mushrooms and cooked rice, and mix well. Mix the eggs, milk, and salt well in a shaker and pour over the rice. Let it set for about 5 minutes, stirring well.
