- 4 tomatoes
- 120 g goat cheese, fresh
- 2 eggs
- 25 cl milk, fat
- salt and pepper
- oregano

A delicious starter!
First, wash the tomatoes and then slice them. Layer them with the diced cheese in a baking dish. Beat the eggs with a fork, pour in the milk, and season with salt and pepper. Pour the egg wash over the tomatoes and cheese and finally sprinkle with oregano. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-45 minutes. This dish can be served warm, lukewarm, or cold.
