Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tea bags, black
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 50 g frozen fruit
  • Elderberry syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Bring 0.5 liters of water to a boil and brew the black tea for 3 minutes. Remove the tea bags. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon. Add the frozen fruit. Let it steep for 15 minutes. Crush the fruit with a mortar or pestle to extract all the juice. Strain everything through a sieve and add the syrup. This can vary depending on your taste and the strength of the syrup, so just taste it occasionally. Garnish with lemon slices at the end.
