Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 m.-sized apples
  • 10 ml lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 hours; Total time approx. 7 hours 10 minutes

with lemon juice

Peel the apples and remove the cores. Use a slicer to slice the apples into 5 mm thick slices. Before placing them in the dehydrator, briefly dip them in lemon juice for a delicious aroma. If you like, you can sprinkle the apple rings with cinnamon. Run the dehydrator at 60°C for 7 hours.
