Cucumber – corn – sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cucumber(s), cut into cubes
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 cream cheese spread – corner
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Chili powder, freshly ground
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

fast & versatile

Sauté the chopped cucumber in olive oil. Add the corn and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then add the cheese wedge and dissolve. Puree everything and season with spices. It goes well with many dishes; I like this sauce best with pasta or mashed potatoes.
