Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of cake (Christmas Stollen)
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 600 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

For the use of leftover Christmas Stollen

A slice of Christmas Stollen is crumbled into each dessert bowl. Then, a regular vanilla pudding is cooked with a little more milk and then spread over the Stollen pieces. It tastes like a final touch: Christmas!
