Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g currants
- Lime juice from half a lime
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tsp, heaped agave syrup or honey, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
With yogurt
Puree the trimmed and washed currants and strain them if desired. Squeeze the lime and mix with yogurt, agave syrup, and the currant puree. Pour into glasses and serve. Works with frozen and fresh currants.
