Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 1 blood orange(s)
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil, cold whipped if possible
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp salad herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the washed Chinese cabbage into thin strips. Peel and finely dice the orange. For the dressing, mix the yogurt with all the ingredients. Pour the salad dressing over the Chinese cabbage and fold in the orange cubes or sprinkle over the dressing.
