Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp curry
- 4 slice(s) ham, cooked (back ham)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the bananas and halve them lengthwise. Heat the butter in a pan and add the raisins. Heat briefly. Add the bananas and fry over low heat until golden brown. Dust with curry powder and place each on a slice of ham. Roll up and serve immediately.
