  • 2 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 4 eggs
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the egg with pepper and salt, then fold in the garlic slices. Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture, ensuring they are coated on all sides. Fry the bread slices in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
