Cherry Cappuccino Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 75 g sugar
  • 20 g cocoa
  • 80 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 jar cherry(s)
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 2 cups of cream (approx. 200 ml each)
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 6 tbsp cappuccino powder
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Mix eggs, sugar, flour, cocoa, and baking powder into a batter. Pour this into a springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Allow the batter to cool. Place the cherries and their juice in a saucepan. Stir in the cornstarch and heat until thickened. Allow the mixture to cool slightly and spread over the batter. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and cappuccino powder until stiff peaks form. Spread the mixture over the cooled cherries. Decorate with chocolate shavings.
