Puff pastry parcels with goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of puff pastry, square (frozen)
  • 4 slices of cheese (goat cheese slices)
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • 1 egg(s), separated
  • 4 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brush the edges of the puff pastry squares with egg yolk. Place the goat cheese slice in the center. Pluck the rosemary sprigs, finely chop them, and scatter them over the goat cheese (about 1/2 teaspoon per cheese). Then drizzle a teaspoon of honey onto the goat cheese. Lift the four ends of the puff pastry up and press together to form a small pouch. Bake the puff pastry in the oven according to the package instructions. Be careful, the cheese will be very hot at first.
