Fennel Vegetables with Oranges and Tomatoes

The perfect fennel vegetables with oranges and tomatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Fennel bulbs with green
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Shallot
  • 3 Cocktail tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  1. Finely chop the fennel vegetables, store the fennel green. Peel shallots and cut into cubes.
  2. Sauté shallot cubes in olive oil, add fennel vegetables and sauté.
  3. Peel oranges and cut out the orange fillet and add to the fennel / shallots, sprinkle with sugar, collect orange juice, add and steam everything for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Quarter the cocktail tomatoes and add them as well.
