Scrambled Eggs Luxuriously Bedded …

The perfect scrambled eggs luxuriously bedded … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 16 Discs Breakfast bacon
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 disc Toast
  • 2 Pc. Fresh tomato (own harvest)
  • 1 tbsp Cream 30% fat
  • 30 g Grated cheese
  • 6 stem Chocolates
  • 2 Skt Basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Chilli from the mill
  1. I need 2×8 slices of bacon to weave 2 small mats that will serve as “bacon bowl”. I fry these woven mats without adding any grease, the bacon itself has enough of it & I fry them on both sides on a low flame so that it becomes crispy.
  2. Put the eggs in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of cream, season with salt, pepper & chilli from the mill, whip or mix together. Put some butter in a pan, let it melt and fry the scrambled eggs in it.
  3. The bacon mats have received the desired color and are ready for the next step. That means I take 2 dessert bowls of which I put one on my head so that the floor looks at me. I put the hot bacon mat on the upside-down dessert bowl and put the 2nd bowl over it so that the mat has a bowl shape and stays in it.
  4. In the meantime, wash the vegetables and let them drain / dry. Then put the toast in the toaster & dedicate myself to the cheese. Rub this as far as you don’t have any grated cheese in the house. It is up to you which type you add to it, but as a TIP for those who like it even more hearty, if you use old cheese it will be spicier.
  5. The bacon mat now has the shape of a bowl, which I put on the plate. Put the scrambled eggs in this “greasy” bowl & then add the grated cheese. Add the toast, some butter if you like & the decoration next to it. Serve the whole thing with a delicious fresh & hot coffee.
  6. I know there are still scrambled recipes & not everyone likes such a hearty breakfast, but I can assure you that they are not available every Sunday ;-). The idea itself came to me a long time ago, if I can make bowls of chocolate and cheese, why not make bowls of bacon too ?! Now I have implemented the idea & wish you good appetite …..
