Fennel Vegetables with Oranges and Tomatoes

- 1 Fennel bulbs with green
- 1 Orange
- 1 Shallot
- 3 Cocktail tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
- Finely chop the fennel vegetables, store the fennel green. Peel shallots and cut into cubes.
- Sauté shallot cubes in olive oil, add fennel vegetables and sauté.
- Peel oranges and cut out the orange fillet and add to the fennel / shallots, sprinkle with sugar, collect orange juice, add and steam everything for 10-15 minutes.
- Quarter the cocktail tomatoes and add them as well.
