Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of puff pastry (from the refrigerated section)
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 100g salami
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Parsley
  • 2 egg yolks
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the onion and parsley and fry briefly in a pan with the ham in a little oil. Then let it cool slightly. In the meantime, chop the cooked ham and salami and mix with the herb cream cheese and cream cheese. Add the slightly cooled, but still warm, onion, parsley, and ham mixture and mix everything well. Season with salt, pepper, and a little garlic. Using a pastry cutter or a very sharp knife, cut the puff pastry into rectangles (approx. 10 x 5 cm). Spoon some of the cream cheese mixture onto one half of each rectangle, fold the other half over, and press the edges firmly together. Brush the finished puff pastry parcels with egg yolk and bake at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown.
