Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g cashew nuts
- 60 ml water
- 1 ½ tbsp tomato paste
- 60 ml cucumber water
- 1 large gherkin(s)
- 2 tbsp tahini
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- e.g. sea salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Soak the cashews in hot water for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, add the remaining ingredients to a high-speed blender. Finally, sieve and rinse the cashews, then add them to the blender. Blend everything until smooth and season with sea salt and pepper.
