Avocado cream with chili

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large avocado(s)
  • 1 large tomato(s), firm
  • ½ bunch mint
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red, fresh
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the avocado lengthwise and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh from the skin and mash it finely. Wash the tomato and dice it very finely. Wash the mint and shake it dry, then finely chop the leaves. Wash and trim the chili pepper, then slice it into thin rings. (If you like it spicy, you can also add the chili seeds.) Mix the avocado puree with the sesame seeds and lemon juice. Stir in the tomato, mint, and chili pepper. Season the cream with salt and pepper.
