Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 60 g margarine (semi-skimmed)
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g strawberries
  • Milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk together the margarine, sugar, and eggs. Gradually stir in the flour and baking powder, then mix with the milk until a smooth batter forms. Then hull the strawberries, cut them into small pieces, and stir them into the batter. Fill the batter into muffin cups and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. Baking times vary greatly from oven to oven. It’s best to check them every now and then to make sure they don’t overcook. Tip: This also works well with other fruits!
