Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml mineral water, still
  • 12 g ground agar-agar or 15 g agartine
  • e.g. coconut blossom syrup
  • n. B. Soy flour, lightly roasted
  • 4 strawberries or other fresh fruit (not original)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Bring the water and agar agar to a boil. Simmer for at least 2 minutes while stirring. The mixture should then cool slightly and can then be poured into the molds. If desired, you can add fresh fruit and refrigerate the molds for at least 3 hours. The original recipe is served with soy flour and syrup.
