Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 3 tbsp cognac
- 350 ml cream
- 250 g mustard (French, coarse-grained)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes
quick & tasty
Mix all the liquid ingredients with the garlic and sugar. Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate and let marinate for 12 hours. Then season with salt and pepper and bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 45 minutes. Serve with French baguette or, if you like, wild rice.
