Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • ¼ liter of water, cold
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the coffee, powdered sugar, and water. Season with rum and lemon juice. Place the ice cubes in a highball glass and fill with the coffee mixture.
