  • 400 g asparagus, green

  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 g herb cream cheese
  • some salt and pepper from the mill
  • some oil for frying

Peel and halve the onions, then roughly dice the halves. Rinse the green asparagus, trim the ends, and cut into 4-5 cm pieces. Cut the small Maultaschen (swabian pasta) in half. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the halved Maultaschen (swabian pasta) until they begin to brown. Then set the Maultaschen aside on a plate. Sauté the onions in a little oil in the pan until translucent. Add the asparagus and fry. When the asparagus has a nice, shiny green color and a good bite, deglaze the pan with the cream. Add the herb cream cheese and bring to a boil briefly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the fried Maultaschen (swabian pasta) and heat briefly again over low heat. Then transfer everything to plates and serve.
