Sausage goulash with tagliatelle

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed (500 g)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (200 g)
  • 1 tbsp, heaped Vegeta
  • 500 g meat sausage
  • some parsley
  • some salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fill a pot with water, add a little salt, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the tagliatelle. Cook according to the package instructions, then drain. Cut the sausage into cubes or slices, as desired. Also dice the onion. Heat the oil in a pot. Once the oil is hot, add the sausage and onions to the pot, stirring constantly to prevent burning. After about 30 seconds, add all of the passata and cream, and stir to combine. Now add some fresh or frozen parsley and the Vegeta seasoning. Season with black pepper. Serve the pasta with the sauce.
