Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 30 g blueberries
  • 8 stems of lavender
  • 700 ml water
  • n. B. ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 5 minutes

fruity water with a special twist

Place the blueberries and lavender in a carafe or glass bottle. Pour the water over both and let it steep for about 6 hours. Top up the fruity water with ice cubes when serving, if desired. Tip: If you use frozen berries, they will impart more flavor to the water. If you don’t have enough time to steep the water, it helps to pour a splash of hot water over the ingredients. Only then pour the remaining water over the fruit.
