Vanilla whipped cream with beaten egg whites

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

if there is only a little whipped cream

Whip the cream with a whisk/electric beater. Stir in 1 packet of vanilla sugar. Separate the eggs thoroughly, and beat the egg whites as well. Then add 1 packet of vanilla sugar to the beaten egg whites. Then mix the beaten egg whites and whipped cream. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips, fruit, etc., if desired.
