Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 75 g desiccated coconut
- 2 mangoes
- 10 tbsp coconut milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Knead the first four ingredients thoroughly into crumbles. Peel and dice the mangos, then mix with the coconut milk. First, pour the mango and coconut milk mixture into a baking dish and then spread the crumbles over the mixture. Bake in the oven for at least 30 minutes at 180°C fan-assisted or 200°C oven-controlled.
