Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 large mushrooms
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 small cucumber(s)
- 100 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- e.g. parsley, fresh
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Wash, peel, and dice the cucumber. Brush and dice the mushrooms. Briefly fry the mushrooms in oil. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Toss the mushrooms with the cucumber and dressing and serve in bowls.
