Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg tomatoes, pureed
  • 100 g onion(s), diced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 shot of cream, good shot
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, Italian
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

As a supply for pizza

Dice the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil and sauté the onions until translucent, add the garlic and fry briefly. Then deglaze with the tomato puree. Add the herbs and spices and simmer with the lid slightly open for about 30 minutes until reduced. In the meantime, wet a tea towel and place it on the work surface. Boil water and fill the jars halfway with it, then place it on the tea towel. Pour a good dash of cream into the tomato sauce and mix the sauce with a hand blender until creamy. Season to taste. Drain the jars, let them drain briefly, and fill with the hot sauce. Stand upside down for 5 minutes, then turn over. Date the date and store.
