Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 0.7 liters of Doppelkorn
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 250 g rock sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 30 days; Total time approx. 30 days 10 minutes

Pour the rock candy into a 1.5-liter jar. Chop the strawberries, lightly squash the mint leaves with your hands, and add both to the rock candy. Fill with the corn syrup, making sure the berries are covered. Let it steep in a dark place, shaking it regularly. After at least four weeks, strain the liqueur through a cheesecloth-lined sieve, pour into clean bottles, and enjoy.
