Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried herbs of Provence
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and chop the tomatoes, and transfer them to a bowl. For the dressing, combine the oil and vinegar, then stir in the herbs. Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
