Iced Latte and Panna Macchiato

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of espresso
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 20 small ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

creamy iced coffee without vanilla ice cream, with espresso

Combine the milk (ideally chilled) and cream with the espresso in a blender and blend briefly. Add sugar if desired. Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend on high for a while. Pour the drink into a glass. Tip: You can, of course, add syrup or something similar instead of or along with the sugar; it’s a matter of taste. The cream gives the drink a creamy texture and a richer consistency, so I wouldn’t replace it too much. I usually use 20 of the small ice cubes from these “ice cube bags” to freeze. The drink has approximately 480 kcal per serving.
