Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla flavor)
  • 300 ml coffee, boiled, well chilled

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Place two scoops of vanilla ice cream into each of the two glasses. Pour the coffee over the ice cream. Spread the whipped cream over the coffee. Tip: Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired, or flavor with syrup or liqueur to taste.
