Mix the flour with the nuts, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt. In another bowl, combine the sugar, vanilla sugar, honey, softened butter, and egg until the sugar has dissolved. While stirring constantly, alternately stir in the flour mixture and milk. To create a nice, runny batter, add 1-2 splashes of mineral water at the end. Preheat the oven to approximately 175°C (top/bottom heat). Line the baking cups on a baking sheet and fill each with a heaped teaspoon of batter. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for approximately 15 to a maximum of 20 minutes. A skewer test is recommended. Makes approximately 35-40 muffins in muffin or chocolate candy cups with a diameter of 24-26 mm. 1 muffin, approximately 7-10 g = 1 WW ProPoint.
