Cucumber and kiwi carpaccio with grainy cream cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 kiwis
  • 5 cm cucumber(s)
  • 2 tbsp, heaped cream cheese, grainy
  • 1 tsp herbs
  • 1 tsp vinegar, mild
  • herb salt and pepper
  • herbs for garnishing
  • bell pepper(s), cut into strips, for garnishing
  • chili threads for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the kiwi and cucumber, slice thinly, and arrange them fan-shaped on plates. Combine the cream cheese, herbs, vinegar, and spices and season to taste. Place a mound of dressing in the center. Garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
