Bread dumplings – meatloaf casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of meatloaf
  • 2 dumplings, bread rolls, fist-sized or 4 from the boil-in-the-bag
  • ¼ liter béchamel sauce
  • 80 g cheese, grated, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the bread dumplings, let them cool, and slice them. Quarter the meatloaf slices. Layer everything in a casserole dish. Pour the béchamel sauce over the casserole and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven at 170°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
