Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 scallops without roe
  • 100 g shrimp(s), North Sea
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 20 g butter
  • Salt
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Melt the butter in the pan. Add the bacon slices to the pan, weighing them down with a pan to keep the strips straight. Cook until crispy, then transfer to kitchen paper. Now, cook the scallops in the same pan for about 1 minute on each side, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper. Place the bacon strips on the plates, then arrange 3 scallops on top. Briefly toss the shrimp in the pan and scatter them over the scallops.
