Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced meat
- 3 tbsp quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 large kohlrabi
- 1 pack of cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- pepper
- coriander
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Briefly blanch the thinly sliced kohlrabi. Combine the low-fat quark, ground meat, egg, and chopped parsley and place in a baking dish. Layer the kohlrabi on top. Mix the cream cheese with the eggs and seasonings and spread over the mixture. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes. Vegetarian version: Instead of the ground meat, mix more low-fat quark and chopped nuts/almonds with the egg and parsley. Use herb cream cheese as a topping. Tip: Stir a little milk into the topping to help distribute the mixture evenly between the kohlrabi slices.
