Grape muffins

Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 300 g seedless grapes
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 80 ml milk
  • 175 ml oil, tasteless
  • possibly grease for the mold
  • Cinnamon and sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and halve the grapes. In a bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, sugar, oil, and salt until frothy. In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, and baking powder and stir into the liquid mixture. Now stir in the grape halves and fill the paper baking cups or greased muffin cups. Bake at 190°C for about 20-30 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, if desired. Tip: Also delicious with other fruits, such as cherries.
