Almond cream quark cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ⅛ kg cream quark, 40% fat
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ pack of pudding powder (almond flavor), for cooking
  • ½ pack of sauce powder (vanilla sauce) for cooking (for each 1/2 liter of milk)
  • 50 g almond flakes
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
  • Almond flakes, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the cream cheese with sugar, lemon juice, eggs, custard powder, and sauce powder until smooth. Stir in the chopped almonds. Pour the quark mixture into a 26 cm springform pan lined with baking paper and smooth the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and carefully loosen it from the sides of the springform pan with a knife. Then let it cool completely in the pan. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and dust with powdered sugar.
