Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 50 g yeast
  • 125 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 100 g sugar
  • 125 g butter, melted
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Fat for frying
  • Sugar for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dissolve the yeast in the milk and let it stand for a while. Mix all ingredients into a dough and let it rest. Form the dough into small balls and let it rest for a while. Deep-fry the balls in hot oil and roll them in sugar.
