Cheesecake without a base with layered cheese

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 160 g butter
  • 375 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 500 g cheese, layered cheese
  • 3 cups of quark
  • 2 bags of pudding powder, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

All ingredients are mixed in a bowl and baked at 180°C – 200°C for approx. 90 minutes.
