Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 130 g floury potatoes
- 70 g dark chocolate
- 50 g butter, soft
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Desiccated coconut powdered sugar, cocoa powder or chopped almond
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel, and mash them into a fine puree. Melt the chocolate, butter, and sugar in a double boiler and add to the potato mixture. Stir the mixture until completely smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Form the mixture into 3-4 cm balls. Roll in desiccated coconut, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, or chopped almonds, if desired, and refrigerate.
