Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 600 ml milk
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), scraped pulp
  • 150 g nougat
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the cream, milk, nougat, espresso powder, and sugar in a small saucepan. Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff. Divide the nougat milk among 4 glasses and top with a tablespoon of cream. Decorate with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
