Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 30 g coffee powder
- 3 cup(s) water, hot
- 150 ml cream
- 1 tsp orange peel, grated
- ½ tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slowly pour the hot water over the filter coffee. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in the grated orange zest. Divide the coffee evenly among 4 cups. Add the cream. Dust the Xanadu with a little cocoa powder.
