Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 8 tbsp cocoa powder
- 8 tbsp sugar
- 6 cl rum
- 600 ml coffee

Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Divide the cocoa powder, sugar, and rum between 4 cups and fill with hot coffee. Carefully spread 1 tablespoon of cream on top and dust with cocoa powder, if desired.
